Catalina

Frank Loudin original watercolors and prints with that particular flavor of Santa Catalina Island and Avalon Bay, the Casino, the Pleasure Pier, the coming and going of tourists along Avalon’s Crescent Beach speak of a warm summer day.  Frank saw the Great White Steamer drop its spring lines for the last time in Avalon Bay; the last Grumman Goose pull up its pontoons; and Freddy Martin play I Left My Love In Avalon in the Casino Ballroom.
